We accept enrolments from patients residing in Rolleston, Burnham, Dunsandel, Weedons and West Melton.

We are unable to accept enrolments from patients residing in:

Darfield, Kirwee, Hororata, Halswell, Greendale, Leeston, Lincoln, Prebbleton, Rakaia, Southbridge or Wigram.

I understand that:

I will be enrolling with Rolleston Central Health but may not have a designated GP who will see me or my child each time.
I need to book at least two weeks ahead for all non-urgent appointments.
I agree to pay all fees incurred from medical appointments with the doctor or nurse.
If I am late or do not attend a booked appointment I will be charged for this.
