Our preferred method of communicating test results is through the MyIndici patient portal.
Only test results that our clinicians or nurses have arranged can be viewed on MyIndici and will only be available to patients once the clinician has reviewed them.
For patients who do not have access to the patient portal, it is important to note that if the results of your tests are NORMAL, we do not routinely contact patients. If you wish to discuss them further, a standard appointment is required.
If the results of your tests are ABNORMAL or require further treatment, your clinician or somebody from our nursing team will contact you by phone. Patients may be asked to make an appointment to discuss the results.
Results arranged by specialists or health professionals outside of our practice will not show on MyIndici and you should contact them directly for these results.
