Online bookings, test results, account information and repeat prescriptions are all available via the MyIndici patient portal. MyIndici is a secure patient portal which can also be downloaded as an app on your mobile device.
To register for the portal, please phone reception on 03 347 2614 and we will send you a temporary password required to sign up. Our reception team are also able to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
You must be over 16 years old and have a unique email address – it can’t be the same as anyone else’s who already has a MyIndici portal login.
Only test results that our clinicians or nurses have arranged can be viewed on MyIndici and will only be available to patients once the clinician has reviewed them.
If the results of your tests are normal, we do not routinely contact patients. If you wish to discuss them further, a standard appointment is required.
If the results of your tests are abnormal or require further treatment, your clinician or a member of our nursing team will contact you by phone.
Results arranged by specialists or health professionals outside of our practice will not show on MyIndici and you should contact them directly for these results.
