Below is a list of Community Health Providers and other resources for Maori patients:

Māori health providers (healthinfo.org.nz) create indigenous, localised, whānau-centred solutions that are underpinned by tikanga and delivered by providers who identify as Māori. These health and disability solutions are offered to both Māori and non-Māori clients.
He Waka Tapu (hewakatapu.org.nz) – Screening, assessment, health and social services
Kakakura Health Services (kakakura.org.nz) – Residential rehabilitation and community support for people with a mental health diagnosis

HealthInfo Canterbury (healthinfo.org.nz) – Health information and services available in the Canterbury region.
WINZ Child Disability Allowance (workandincome.govt.nz) – Allowance to the primary carer of a young person with a serious disability. 
Stopped work – Health condition or disability (workandincome.govt.nz) – Financial assistance if an individual must stop work because of a health condition, injury, or disability

Deaf or hearing loss equipment for adults (whaikaha.govt.nz) – Funded equipment that can support your general safety and help you communicate.
Get funding | deaf children (deafchildren.org.nz) – Available to Deaf Children New Zealand (DCNZ) members/family who wish to learn New Zealand Sign Language.
